Bekamin B.V. Acquires 400 Million Shares of Anorbank

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Significant changes have occurred in the shareholder structure of Anorbank, according to the Single Corporate Information Portal.

The stake of the bank’s main shareholder, Kahramondjon Olimov, has been nearly halved, decreasing from 99.38% to 49.38%.

At the same time, 400 million shares of the bank have been transferred to the Dutch company Bekamin B.V., which is now officially listed as an affiliated entity of Anorbank as its owner.
