The number of foreign citizens who arrived in Uzbekistan by purpose of travel
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to preliminary data from the Statistical Agency, in January-April 2023, 2.02 million foreign citizens visited Uzbekistan for tourism purposes.
The purposes of the visit of foreign citizens are as follows:
visiting relatives – 1.75 million
recreation and leisure – 185,900 people
official - 38,600 people
treatment - 22.7 thousand people
a commercial – 14,000 people
studies – 4,000 people.
