UNIPOLIS increases charter capital to 1.4m euros

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- UNIPOLIS, an Uzbek insurance company, increased its charter capital to 1.415 million euros and registered corresponding changes to constituent documents with the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan.

The company said it is planning to raise its authorized capital to 1.75 million euros by the end of 2009.

UNIPOLIS has been working in Uzbek insurance market for over 13 years and it customers’ base includes over 4,000 legal entities and over 50,000 individuals. The company holds license of the Finance Ministry, which allows it to render insurance services in all 17 insurance classes.
