A new court will be formed in Yangikhayot district

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed the Decree "On measures to improve the judicial system in relation to the formation of Yangikhayot district within the city of Tashkent".

According to the document, the Yangikhayot district criminal court will be formed within the city of Tashkent.

Yangikhayot district will be included in the jurisdictional zone:

Yakkasaray interdistrict civil court;

Tashkent interdistrict Economic Court;

Tashkent interdistrict Administrative Court.

It was established that the Yangikhayot District Criminal Court will be assigned one staffing unit of a judge and one staffing unit of an assistant of judge of the Sergeli, Mirzo-Ulugbek district (Tashkent city) and Kattakurgan city (Samarkand region) courts in criminal cases.

By a corresponding resolution of the president, the khokimiyat of Yangikhayot district was formed as part of the city of Tashkent.
