5000 steps to a healthy life

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Today, on 24 November, with the participation of residents of the city of Jizzakh, the marathon "5000 steps to a healthy life" started.

The walking marathon started from the Sogdiana stadium in the center of the city with the participation of employees of the regional National Guard, employees of the internal affairs bodies, government organizations of the city of Jizzakh and volunteers from among local residents.

Initially, the participants of the marathon met at 8:00 at the stadium and began their walk. The marathoners finished at the Uzbekistan Grand Hotel.

According to the organizers of this marathon, the Department of Tourism Development of Jizzakh region, the past action is an excellent start for promoting a healthy lifestyle.
