Among the projects, UzLiDeP Library project takes a special place. Its appearance is directly connected with the important ideas of the head of our state, put forward at the VIII Congress of UzLiDeP. In particular, he said: "It is necessary to pay special attention to raising the interest of children and young people in reading books, further developing the readers’ culture".
The purpose of the UzLiDeP project is to create conditions for the cultural and spiritual development of youth, to encourage children and adults to read in their leisure time and gradually to turn libraries into centers of unorganized youth. In these centers, UzLiDeP will help unorganized youth to acquire knowledge and to find their place in society.
