Volume of Trade Services in Uzbekistan Exceeds 158 Trillion Soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The volume of trade services in Uzbekistan from January to November 2025 exceeded 158 trillion soums, according to the National Statistics Committee. This represents a 13.3% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

Regional analysis shows significant variations in trade turnover. The highest volume was recorded in the capital: Tashkent city accounted for 58 trillion soums. Among the regions, Tashkent Region led with 14.4 trillion soums, followed by Samarkand Region with 11.1 trillion soums and Fergana Region with 12 trillion soums.

High volumes were also observed in Namangan Region (9 trillion soums), Andijan Region (8.9 trillion soums), Bukhara Region (8 trillion soums), and Kashkadarya Region (8.6 trillion soums).

In other regions, trade services grew at a moderate pace: Surkhandarya Region recorded 7.8 trillion soums, Jizzakh Region 5 trillion soums, the Republic of Karakalpakstan 5.1 trillion soums, Navoi and Khorezm Regions 4.4 trillion soums each, and Syrdarya Region 2.1 trillion soums.
