Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to the State Statistics on Committee, the volume of construction work performed by major construction organizations in January–September 2020 reached 18.16 trillion soums, the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan said. 

Compared to January-September 2019, during the period under review, the growth rate of construction works was 29.8 %, and their share in the total volume increased by 4.5% to 27.9%.

The largest share of construction works performed by large construction organizations in the total volume of construction works:

Tashkent – 25.3 %;

Navoi – 23.0 %;

Tashkent region – 20.1%.
