Uzmetkombinat produces 377,200 tonnes of steel in 1H 2011

The company’s press service underlined that the enterprise delivered 362,000 tonnes of ferrous metals to consumers in the reporting period of 2011, which s 1.3% more year-on-year.

Uzmetkombinat produced consumer goods for 14.4 billion soums in January-June 2011, which grew by 34.5% year-on-year.

The enterprise produced goods for 397.4 billion soums in current prices or 346.7 billion soums in comparable prices (+2.8%) in the first six months of 2011.

In the reporting period, Uzmetkombinat produced 58,590 tonnes of localized products for 740.634 billion soums, or the forecast task was fulfilled with 34.5% surplus.

In the first half of 2011, the plant used capital investments for 21.9 billion soums at the forecast volume of 21.1 billion soums, or the forecast task was fulfilled with 3.6% surplus.

The enterprise used 18.5 billion soums within modernization programme, while the forecast task was 17.8 billion soums.
