Uzbekneftegaz’s US$850 Million Eurobond Issuance Recognized as “Deal of the Year”

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The US$850 million Eurobond issuance of JSC Uzbekneftegaz has been recognized as the “Deal of the Year” at the annual international Global Banking & Markets conference.

The GBM Awards: Central & Eastern Europe, Central Asia & Türkiye 2025 ceremony was held in November, where the company’s successful Eurobond placement on the London Stock Exchange received a special award.

The offering attracted the attention of more than 100 major investors from the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and the Middle East, despite high volatility in global financial markets.

Considerable interest was generated by this unique transaction in the oil and gas sector, and the successful placement became a vivid demonstration of the international investment community’s confidence in Uzbekneftegaz.

During the conference, representatives of leading global banks and financial institutions — including Standard Chartered, J.P.
