Uzbekneftegaz, PJSC “Sumy Frunze NPO” may create JV
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekneftegaz national holding company and PJSC “Sumy Frunze NPO” of Ukraine are planning to create a joint venture, representative of the Ukrainian firm said.
Leonid Naumov, representative of PJSC “Sumy Frunze NPO”, said that the joint venture will specialize on production of spare parts for gas compressor stations and facilities.
He said that the Uzbek side proposed to several enterprises for organization of new capacities, including Bukhara repair-mechanic plant.
He added that currently this proposal is discussed by shareholders of the company. He said that creation of venture will allow the Ukrainian side to strengthen its position in Uzbekistan.
PJSC “Sumy Frunze NPO” is one of largest suppliers of technologic equipment for oil and gas complex of Uzbekistan.
