Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In order to organize this continuity at a solid level, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted resolutions "On measures to further expand the participation of industries and sectors of the economy in improving the quality of training of specialists with higher education" and "On measures to improve the quality continuing education and the effectiveness of science in the areas of "chemistry" and "biology".

To ensure the implementation of these decrees, on behalf of the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" Mehriddin Abdullayev, cooperation is established between higher educational institutions.

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Uzbekneftegaz JSC and the Tashkent State Technical University in order to further develop mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of education and research.

The purpose of the memorandum is to unite theoretical and practical knowledge between the parties, improve the quality of education in teaching students, and further joint training of young specialists.

Within the framework of cooperation, assistance will also be provided in the organization of industrial and scientific practice for undergraduate and graduate students in all areas of training in the oil and gas sector at joint ventures. They create conditions for the organization of production, educational and laboratory, scientific practice or internships.

Also, students, teachers, leading scientific work, will be assisted in organizing internship, advanced training and professional retraining in the republic and foreign countries.

To optimize production and jointly solve scientific and innovative problems arising in technological processes, it is planned to jointly organize joint research and production tests of the parties with the involvement of professors and teachers, basic doctoral students, doctoral students, young scientists and researchers.

Within the framework of the memorandum, mass youth events will be held, such as contests, sports competitions, creative and special evenings in order to stimulate future personnel.

In order to ensure educational and industrial integration for doctoral students, basic doctoral students, independent applicants and applicants, the opportunity has been created to organize double scientific leadership. At the same time, the first supervisor is appointed by the university, and the second supervisor is from experienced specialists from manufacturing enterprises.

In addition, in the future, joint research projects and economic contracts for joint scientific developments will be concluded with the manufacturing enterprise and the university. The joint leadership will involve scientific research (PhD, DSc) of workers of manufacturing enterprises to participate in state grants announced by the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for conducting industry research and practical and innovative projects.
