Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- By the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyev "On measures for the widespread introduction of the digital economy and electronic government" from 28 April 2020, Uzbekneftegaz defined the task of implementing three projects for 2020-2022.
In accordance with the resolution, a corporate information system (SAP ERP) is being introduced aimed at monitoring and managing financial, economic and organizational processes at the enterprises of the Uzbekneftegaz system, as well as creating an information system for automating and monitoring technological processes at the fields through the Digital Field Concept.
The task of developing an automated system for the installation, control and monitoring of the levels of vertical and horizontal tanks of oil depots of Uzbekneftegaz has been defined.
For their implementation, Uzbekneftegaz established cooperation with the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the UZINFOCOM State Unitary Enterprise, the Cyber Security Center State Unitary Enterprise, received positive expert opinions on the implementation of the project for the introduction of the corporate information system into the system (SAP ERP).
As part of the implementation of the Digital Field Concept, work has practically been completed on the implementation of an information system for automation and monitoring of technological processes in the Shurtan and Mubarek oil and gas production departments, the Ustyurt gas production department, the Mubarek gas processing plant, the Shurtan gas chemical complex, operational online transmission of the operating mode and data Central dispatching service of Uzbekneftegaz.
In particular, when organizing the Centralized Dispatch Service in the administrative building of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, work was carried out to provide modern technologies and installation of control and measuring devices, work on the installation of video diaries and their inclusion in the program is carried out by qualified specialists of Uzbekneftegaz in full compliance with quarantine rules.
According to the project for the development of an automated system for the installation, control and monitoring of meters for the vertical and horizontal capacity of oil depots, Uzbekneftegaz is introducing an automated system for monitoring, production and maintenance of oil depots.
The Department of Information and Communication Technologies, as a pilot project, has begun work on the part of Uzbekneftegaz to introduce an automated control system in Kuchlikskaya Neftebaza.
On the implementation of an automated control system (ASKUNN) for accounting for petroleum products in finished product parks, Kuchlikskaya Neftbaza cooperates with specialists from EMERSON, Makhsusenergogaz and AZS Komplekt.
At present, Kuchlikskaya Neftbaza, based on the solutions of Yokogawa Electric CIS (Russia), has installed a Jumo measuring device capable of programming 5000 and 2000 cubic meters of vertical tanks and entering online mode to the dispatch system.
