Uzbekistan, Ukraine to discuss resumption of regular flights

According to the diplomatic mission, the aviation authorities of Uzbekistan and Ukraine will hold negotiations in Tashkent.

It is worth to mention that flights on route Tashkent-Kiev-Tashkent were suspended from May 2015.

Uzbek Ambassador to Ukraine Alisher Abdualiev said that the abolishment of regular flights between two states reflected on the volume of mutual trade and development of international tourism.

Abdualiev said that the Ukrainian government decided to hold negotiations on resumption of flights between aviation authorities in Tashkent in early 2017.

He said that it is early to talk about any results as there are unsolved issued, but there is hope that the sides will find solution to the issue to meet interests and demands of population and business circles of two states.
