Uzbekistan U-16 beats Turkmenistan and Iran
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Tashkent is hosting a football festival “Sporty of Tomorrow”. Uzbekistan U-16, Turkmenistan U-16, Iran U-16 and Japan U-16 are participating in the event.
Uzbekistan led by Timur Olimkhodjaev outplayed Turkmenistan U-16 with the score 5:1.
In the second match, Uzbekistan defeated Iran with the score 2:1. In the last match of the tournament, Uzbekistan will play against Japan on 4 March.
Uzbekistan is holding preparations to the AFC U-16 Championship, which will be held in India from 15 September to 2 October 2016.
