Uzbekistan to simplify order of re-issuing of licenses and permission documents

Legislative Chamber of Uzbekistan considered a draft law, which envisages changes and amendments to the laws “On licensing some types of activities” and “On permission procedures in the sphere of entrepreneurship activities” and other legislative acts.
The document is directed at improving order of re-issuing licenses and permission documents to create favouable conditions for business activities.
The draft law will simplify order of re-issuing licenses and permission documents, eliminate legislative gap in the sphere of licensing and issuing of permissions.
