Uzbekistan, South Korea discuss information security issues
The visit of the KISA was organized within the cooperation between two organizations, the press service of the Center for ensuring information security said.
At the meeting, the sides discussed current issues of cooperation and exchanged opinion on developing new directions of cooperation.
The participants noted that the sides have good potential for further deepening and expanding existing cooperation between two agencies.
Continuing to exchange opinion in this direction, the Uzbek side proposed several issues and directions for developing cooperation to KISA.
The sides agreed to monitor current state and developing bilateral cooperation on regular basis.
KISA delegation also presented an initiative “Cybersecurity alliance for mutual progress” for the specialists of the industry.
Center for ensuring information security and Korean Internet and Security Agency started their cooperation in June 2014, when they signed a memorandum of cooperation. Within the memorandum, the sides exchange experience in information security and hold joint trainings and seminars.
