Uzbekistan, Russia to sign deal on transfer of convicts

Uzbekistan and Russia will sign an agreement on transfer of convicts.
President of Russia Vladimir Putin instructed the Justice Ministry of Russia to accept the Russian Government’s proposal and sign the agreement with Uzbekistan on transfer of convicts.
Russian leader, at the same time, allowed the Russian Justice Ministry to make changes to the draft agreement, which are not of a fundamental nature.
