Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan imported chocolate products from 32 countries, according to data from the National Statistics Committee.

From January to July 2025, the country imported 19.1 thousand tons of chocolate worth US$66.2 million. Compared with the same period last year, the volume of imports decreased by 4.7 thousand tons, or 19.9%.

By the end of the first 11 months of 2025, Russia remained the largest supplier of chocolate products to Uzbekistan, accounting for approximately 14 thousand tons of imports.

Significant volumes were also imported from the Netherlands — 1.4 thousand tons, and Ukraine — 839.1 tons. Kazakhstan supplied 583.5 tons of chocolate products, Turkmenistan — 463.1 tons, and France — 399.2 tons.

The remaining countries collectively accounted for about 1.4 thousand tons of imports.

Thus, despite the overall reduction in supply volumes, the geography of chocolate imports into Uzbekistan remains broad, encompassing more than thirty countries.
