Uzbekistan records three victories, a draw in Tunis
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekistan national team on football led by Vadim Abramov carried out a training camp in Tunis as part of preparation to Asian Cup-2011. Earlier announced friendly matches against Tunis and Algeria were replaced with matches against clubs.
Vadim Abramov’s time defeated JS Kairouan with the score 1-0 thanks to goal of forward Olim Navkarov. In the second match, Uzbekistan played a 1-1 draw against CS Hammam Lif. Aleksander Geinrikh was on target for Uzbekistan.
After that Uzbekistan faced Clube Atlético Mineiro from Brazil and claimed 4-1 victory. Geinrikh, Shavkat Salomov, Timur Kapadze and Anzur Ismoilov scored goals for Uzbekistan.
In the last match, Uzbekistan registered 2-1 victory over Stad Tunis thanks to brace of midfielder Aziz Khaydarov.
