Uzbekistan produces localized goods for 4.091 trln. soums in Jan-Sep

Uzbekistan produced goods for 4.091 trillion soums within the programme of localization of production of ready goods, spare parts and materials in January-September 2016.
According to the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, the growth rate made up 1.5 times compared to the same period of 2015.
In the reporting period, 308 enterprises, which were included to the programme, realized 663 projects. Within the industrial projects, goods for 2.771 trillion soums were produced and 301 regional projects – 1.321 trillion soums.
At the same time, the volume of realized produced in the reporting period grew by 1.6 times, including realization of products to exports – 5.7 times.
In nine months, the estimated import-replacement impact made up US$1.3 billion, the committee said.
