Uzbekistan plans to create three free economic zones

The pre-election programme of the candidate from UzLiDeP Shavkat Mirziyaev said that free economic zones will be created in Urgut and Gijduvan districts, as well as Qoqand.

The programme said that special economic zones are efficiently working in Navoi, Jizzakh regions and Angren in order to attract foreign investment and advanced technologies.

Provided preferences are creating opportunities for successful realization of innovative projects in the zones, the document said.
