Uzbekistan plans to complete reconstruction of 512 km automobile roads by end of 2016

According to the Ministry of Economy of Uzbekistan, it is planned to complete reconstruction of 125 km of automobile roads A-380 “Bukhara-Nukus-Beinau” on direction Bukhara-Turtkul.

It is also planned to reconstruct 50 km of automobile roads M-39 “Tashkent-Termez” on route Guzar – Termez.

Another 16.7 km of automobile roads M37 “Samarkand – Bukhara – Turkmanboshi” on direction Samarkand – Navoi will be also reconstructed by the end of 2016.

At the same time, it is planned to carry out capital and current repair of 1,952.6 km of streets in cities, rural areas, district centers and city villages, as well as 4,049.3 km of inter-economic agriculture automobile roads due to resources of local budgets.

Ministry said that currently some 376 km of automobile roads of general use were reconstructed.
