Uzbekistan opens the Consulate General in St. Petersburg
According to the foreign policy department, the Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan started its activity in St. Petersburg.
Its consular district includes the North-West Federal District of the Russian Federation, the Foreign Ministry said.

The Consulate General is located at the address: 4A Krasnoarmeyskaya Street, St. Petersburg, Russian Federation.
The President of Uzbekistan signed a decree on the opening of the consulate general in St. Petersburg in July 2017.
Now Uzbekistan has an embassy in Moscow and a consulate in Novosibirsk. Uzbekistan plans to open consular offices in Kazan, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg and Vladivostok.
