Uzbekistan moves 10 places up in new FIFA ranking
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
FIFA, a world football governing body, announced its new ranking of national teams on 7 March 2012.
According to the ranking, Uzbekistan national team jumped 10 places up and now holds the 67th place in the world with 502 points.
In Asia, Uzbekistan is the fifth best team after Australia (20th place in the ranking), South Korea (30), Japan (33), and Iran (51).
