Uzbekistan, Kuwait discuss investment cooperation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 27 April 2015, a meeting was held with Kuwaiti parliamentary delegation headed by the Chairman of the Committee of the Friendship Group of the National Assembly of Kuwait Saud Nashmi Al-Heriji at the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade of Uzbekistan.

The issues of further expansion of bilateral trade and economic, investment, and financial and technical cooperation were discussed at the meeting.

Particular attention was paid to the practical elaboration of perspective projects in various sectors of economy of Uzbekistan, involving direct investments from leading Kuwaiti companies, preferential loans, financial and technical assistance from banking-financial institutions of the State of Kuwait.
