Uzbekistan joins to four documents of UPU

President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov signed a resolution “On accession to international agreements” from 27 April 2015.

According to the resolution, Uzbekistan joined to general regulation of the Universal Postal Union, Universal Postal Convention, final protocol of the World Postal Convention and agreement on postal payment services.

All documents were signed in Doha, Qatar, on 11 October 2012.

Uzbek President entrusted Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan to notify the Director-General of International Bureau of Universal Postal Union that Uzbekistan carried out all necessary internal procedures, necessary to accession of the country to the agreements.
