Uzbekistan introduces five-day academic week for primary classes

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Government of Uzbekistan introduced a five-day academic week for primary classes of general schools.

From 1 March 2018, students of the first classes of schools will be transferred to a five-day academic week.

A five-day academic week for students from the second to fourth grades will be introduced from the new academic year.
