Uzbekistan increases electricity production by 2.92%

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan increased electricity generation by 2.92% in January-July 2020compared to the same period of 2019.

In the reporting period, according to the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, the country’s enterprises generated more than 36.62 billion kW / h of electricity.

Also, in January-July, Uzbekistan produced about 16.27 million Gcal of heat, which is 1.47% less compared to the same period of 2019.
