Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Azerbaijan Bakhrom Ashrafkhonov visited the Pirallahi Industrial Park.

The Uzbek envoy held meetings with the leadership of Azerbaijan Investment Company, Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park, as well as the Diamed Co.

Following the meetings, agreements were reached on studying the possibilities of enhancing cooperation between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan in the implementation of investment projects providing for the establishment of joint production of various types of products in demand in the local and foreign markets, as well as on the mutual exchange of best practices and knowledge in creation of free economic zones and industrial parks.
