Uzbekistan and South Korea Agree on Joint Testing of Aquaculture Products and Agricultural Biopreparations

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from the Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan held a series of meetings with representatives of South Korean companies SAVE Inc. and Jinsan T&C Corp. to develop cooperation in agricultural technologies and farming.

During the meeting with the head of SAVE Inc., Son Cheol Jeong, the parties discussed the potential application of the company’s products in Uzbekistan, including aquaculture products and modern treatments against nematodes that cause significant damage to agricultural crops.

Specialists reviewed the effectiveness of these preparations, their adaptation to local conditions, and possible methods for introducing them into agricultural practice.

Following the negotiations, the sides agreed to conduct practical trials of the products in Uzbekistan and begin joint research activities. The head of SAVE Inc. plans to visit the country in early April to establish joint testing sites, introduce new technologies, and define further areas of cooperation.

On the same day, a meeting was also held with representatives of Jinsan T&C Corp.. As a result of the discussions, the parties agreed to carry out trials of the company’s organic fertilizers under Uzbekistan’s agricultural conditions.

Both initiatives are aimed at introducing modern agricultural technologies and increasing the efficiency of agricultural production in the country.
