Uzbekistan and Monos Group Discuss Cosmetics Investment

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 8 April 2026, the Director of the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry of Uzbekistan, Abdulla Azizov, held a meeting with the leadership of the Mongolian company "Monos Group." The meeting took place in a constructive and professional atmosphere, where the parties discussed promising areas of cooperation.

Representatives of "Monos Group" expressed interest in implementing an investment project to organize the production of cosmetic products in Uzbekistan. It was noted that the project holds strategic importance for the development of the cosmetics sector and the creation of new jobs.

For its part, the Agency provided information regarding the country's favorable investment climate, existing incentives and preferences, and support measures available to investors at all stages of project implementation. It was particularly emphasized that the Agency is prepared to provide systemic support for the project—from organizational matters to its full launch.

Following the negotiations, the parties discussed further priority steps and reached a mutual understanding on moving the cooperation to a practical level.
