Uzbekistan and Germany Discuss Expanding Cooperation
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan and Germany have discussed prospects for expanding bilateral cooperation during a meeting held in Tashkent.
First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bahromjon Aloyev, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Germany to Uzbekistan, Manfred Huterer.
During the talks, the parties reviewed the current state and future prospects of Uzbek-German relations across political, trade-economic, investment, and cultural-humanitarian spheres.
Particular attention was given to further developing trade and economic cooperation. Discussions focused on expanding mutual trade, attracting investment, deepening industrial cooperation, and implementing joint projects.
The importance of strengthening business ties and enhancing engagement between the business communities of both countries was also emphasized.
