Uzbekistan and China’s Aerospace Long-March Discuss Development of Aerospace Technologies

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 16 September 2025, the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting between Deputy Minister Ilzat Kasimov and Mr. Hu Zhongmin, Chief Executive Officer of the Chinese company Aerospace Long-March International Trade.

During the discussions, the parties explored opportunities for cooperation across various areas of aerospace technologies, in particular satellite services, aeronautics, and telecommunications.

In addition, they considered prospects for the development of Uzbekistan’s digital infrastructure and the introduction of remote sensing technologies in agriculture.

Both sides emphasized that the visit and negotiations would help elevate the strategic partnership between the two countries to a new level, foster scientific and technological capacity, and open new avenues for investment projects in Uzbekistan.
