Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As of 1 November 2020, 781,700 mobile phones were imported to Uzbekistan for US$64.6 million, according to the State Statistics Committee.

Uzbekistan imported 556,600 mobile phones from China, 143,400 units from Vietnam, 36,700 units from India, 23,900 units from the UAE and 11,300 units from Russia.

According to the State Statistics Committee, in 2019 the country produced 235,000. cellular and other wireless communication devices worth 31.7 billion soums.
