Uzbek Senator Participates in CIS IPA Commission Meeting

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Anvar Tuychiev, Chairman of the Senate Committee of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Agrarian, Water Management, and Ecology, participated in a meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Interparliamentary Assembly (IPA) of the CIS Member Nations on Agrarian Policy, Natural Resources, and Ecology. The meeting was conducted via videoconference.

During the session, participants reviewed drafts of model laws and other regulatory legal acts developed within the framework of the Assembly. These documents are aimed at fostering cooperation among member states in the fields of agriculture, environmental protection, and natural resource management.

Following the discussions, appropriate decisions were adopted to move the legislative projects forward.
