According to the decree, the size of fee is decreased from 27.5 sizes of minimal salary to 20 sizes of minimal salary or from 4.736 million soums to 3.444 million soums.

Citizens of draft age, enlisted by district (city) conscription commissions to serve in the mobilization draft reserve in February-March of 2018, will make payment based on new fee.

Uzbekistan introduced a service in mobilization recruitment reserve as one of the types of military service of draft-age citizens in 2003.

Persons, who are fit for military service and who do not have the right to defer and release from it, but who are not conscripted for next term in the Armed Forces, are subject to enlistment into the mobilization draft reserve.
