Uzbek-Kazakh agreement on readmission of persons comes into force

The statement of the ministry said that the agreement between the Government of Uzbekistan and the Government Kazakhstan on readmission of person, which was signed in Astana on 7 September 2012, comes into force on 9 May 2015.

The agreement determined order of interaction of law enforcement bodies of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan on issues related to accepting and handing over of persons, who entered and stayed in the territory of other state with violation of national legislation of that country.
