Uzbek gymnasts win 11 medals in Athens

Uzbekistan national team in rhythmic gymnastics won 11 medals at the international tournament in rhythmic gymnastics Aphrodite Cup, which was held on 6 - 8 March in Athens (Greece).
Athletes from 18 countries attended the competition, including Bulgaria, Israel, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, Great Britain, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Australia, Austria, the Netherlands, Cyprus, Turkey and Greece, including Uzbekistan.
At the tournament, Uzbekistan clinched five gold, four silver and 2 bronze medals in group and individual programmes.
Anora Davletova and Ravilya Farhutdinova won gold medals in individual programmes. Uzbekistan won three gold medals in group programmes, Jahon news agency reported.
Anora Davletova and Ravilya Farhutdinova also won two silver medals each in individual progammes. Anora Davletova also won two bronze medals of the tournament.
