Uzbek Foreign Minister Discusses Middle East Situation with Bahrain Counterpart

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 1 March, Uzbek Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov held a phone conversation with Bahraini Foreign Minister Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani.

The ministers discussed developments in the Middle East and exchanged views on the impact of current events on regional security. Minister Saidov conveyed messages of solidarity from the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, to the leadership and people of Bahrain.

During the conversation, both sides emphasized the importance of strict adherence to international law as a foundation for ensuring stability and security in the region.
