Uzbek agencies win at Best of Central Asia 2012
The festival was conducted by portal on advertisement Worldofad.asia. Uzbek creative agency Bezlogo claimed two prize places at the festival, while Brandbox Creative won six awards.
Farhod Norboev, founder and strategist of Bezlgo, said that acknowledgement of Juan Pablo Valencia from Kazakh agency TBWA is important for the company. He added that he is the mostly awarded creative director in CIS. He said it is pleasant that such specialists highly rate works of the company, which motivates for further development of the business.
Creative agency Bezlogo from Tashkent claimed the second place for print “Punto Switcher” in nomination “Print advertisement. Best Idea/Print Idea” and third place in nomination “Identity” for logotype of Uzbekistan Managers Association.
Brandbox Creative received second place for calendar “Innovation of success” in the nomination “The best design of multipage publication”, second and third place in nomination “Mastery in print advertisement” for prints of Tonoprost and Flying cauldron. One second and two third places were claimed in nomination “Print advertisement. Best Idea/Print Idea” for prints “Rubens”, “Flying cauldron” and Tonoprost.
The festival presented works in such areas as campaigns, promotions, design, outdoor advertisement, indoor advertisement, print advertisement, etc.
Jury of the festival included specialists in advertisement and deign from Central Asia – Azer Nadjafov, Juan Pablo Valencia, Martin Zimmer, Berik Ergaliev, Artem Spirin, Dmitriy Ten, and others. Uzbekistan has two representatives in jury – Kirill Altman from Brandbox and Aziz Irgashev from Usso Design.
