Today, despite many warnings, there are still facts of fraud by unscrupulous "entrepreneurs" who appropriate citizens' money by exchange.

They offer customers cars on behalf of various leasing and credit organizations. The victims of such "entrepreneurs" are many people who as a result do not receive either a car or their money. Despite the suppression of their activities by law enforcement agencies, similar incidents are still ongoing.
