Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - On 24-26 May 2021, a business forum of Uzbek and Afghan businessmen was held at the "Palace of Arts" in the city of Termez, Surkhandarya region, in connection with the visit of a delegation from Afghanistan to Uzbekistan.

The enterprises of the structure of the joint-stock company took an active part in the exhibition of national products "Made in Uzbekistan" organized within the framework of the forum. At the company’s stand were presented cars of "UzAuto Motors", trucks and buses produced by UZ Truck & Bus Motors and the Samarkand Automobile Plant, UzAuto TRAILER products, as well as Volkswagen Caddy and SKODA cars of the Jizzakh Automobile Plant.

It is no exaggeration to say that the Made in Uzbekistan industrial exhibition has taken bilateral trade to a new level and created a wide range of opportunities. The delegation from Afghanistan included a group of businessmen, including the Chief of Staff of the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Muhammad Shakir Korgar, Chairman of the Federation of Afghan Chambers of Commerce and Industry Ismail Gazanfar, Governor of Balkh Province Muhammad Farhod Azimi.

In addition, within the framework of the exhibition, cooperation meetings were held in the B2B format and important agreements were reached.
