U.S. U-20 Youth Team Training Camp in Tashkent Postponed Indefinitely

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The U.S. U-20 youth national team’s training camp in Tashkent has been postponed indefinitely, the Uzbekistan Football Association reported.

The association clarified that the delay is due to a temporary suspension of all training camps for U.S. national teams. As a result, holding the camp in Uzbekistan on the previously scheduled dates is not possible.

The Uzbekistan Football Association is already negotiating with alternative teams to participate in training camps during FIFA international dates.

Under the initial plan, the U.S. U-20 team was scheduled to play matches against Uzbekistan and Japan.
