UAE Interior Minister visits Uzbekistan

The UAE Interior Ministry said in a statement that the UAE delegation led by Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan paid a friendly visit to Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, both parties discussed bilateral cooperation between the two friendly countries; and in a bid to enhance opportunities for joint cooperation, they additionally discussed ways to expand their prospects in various fields.

Col. General Rustam Inoyatov, Head of the National Security Service (SNB) of the Republic of Uzbekistan and a number of senior officials represented Uzbekistan during the meeting.

Sheikh Saif bin Zayed expressed his gratitude to the warm welcome and hospitality that he and his delegation received in Uzbekistan. UAE Minister additionally expressed the keenness of the leadership for both countries to strengthen and develop relations between both parties in various fields in ways that serve the interests and aspirations of the two friendly nations and their people.
