Two Uzbek projects reach the world finals of the Entrepreneurship World Cup

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 27 August, the national stage of the Entrepreneurship World Cup competition was held online. As a result of the first stage in the competition announced by the Ministry of Innovative Development in conjunction with the IT park, The Global Educational & Leadership Foundation (tGELF, India) identified two winners out of 10 applicants.

The winners of the National Qualifying Round were the projects: IMAN startup - a marketplace for online and offline stores, where buyers can purchase goods by paying for them immediately or in installments at the expense of IMAN investors, and the second - Proteus startup, whose goal is to equip every home and consumer with electricity located near water courses, canals or rivers.

The winners of the national qualifying round will present their projects at a global competition in October 2020 and will have the opportunity to compete for a prize pool of over US$1 million in cash, as well as special bonuses and offers from partners to further promote their project.
