Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In Ferghana region, another 2 patients recovered from coronavirus infection. This was reported by the Department of Public Relations of the Ministry of Health.

With the participation of senior officials of the regional health department, they were transferred for rehabilitation.

The first recovered man, 65 years old, he is from Samarkand region, arrived from Turkey, the second - 54 years old, he is from Ferghana region, arrived from Russia. Both were taken to quarantine upon arrival, and after infection was detected, they were hospitalized.

So far, 59 patients have been treated in Ferghana, and now their number is 61 people.

To date, 994 people have been cured of coronavirus infection in Uzbekistan.
