Turkiston Bank to place shares for 3 billion soums

Private joint stock commercial bank Turkiston will place shares for 3 billion soums.
The bank registered a prospectus of emission of shares for 3 billion soum in March. Within the issue, the bank will place 3 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each.
According to the bank, the shares within the emission will be placed on open subscription. At the same time, the shareholders have advantage to purchase shares.
