Turkiston Bank to increase charter capital for 5bn soums

The Center for coordination and development of the securities market registered a prospectus emission of the Uzbek bank.

Turkiston Bank will place 5 million shares with par value of 1,000 soums.

According to the bank, the shares of the emission will be placed on open subscription.

The charter capital of the bank currently makes up 23.259 billion soums, which consists from 23.259 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each.
