Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In the clinic of the Research Institute of Epidemiology, Microbiology and Infectious Diseases in Tashkent, another 8 patients fully recovered from coronavirus infection, they were taken to the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Therapy and Medical Rehabilitation.

Among the survivors, 5 were from the city of Tashkent, 2 from Ferghana region and 1 from Tashkent region. 7 patients became infected as a result of contact with patients. One citizen arrived from Turkey on a charter flight and quarantined. After the coronavirus was detected, he was hospitalized. Among the patients, 4 men and the same number of women. The oldest of them is 34 years old, and the youngest is 3 years old.

In the city of Tashkent, until that time, 401 patients were cured, and now the number of people recovered here has reached 409.

Thus, 59 patients were cured and sent for rehabilitation, and 1271 people were completely cured of coronavirus infection throughout the country.
